Don’t feed yourself or your family the so called healthy granola bars you find on your grocery store shelf. They are not so healthy. They lack nutritional value, are highly processed and filled with sugar.

These easy to make granola bars are full of flavor, nutrition and energy. And the best part is, they are delicious and a no bake recipe. Add your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or, dried berries. Buckwheat groats may be substituted for the oats. If you don’t like these flavors, add whatever you like or have on hand. Dried, apple infused cranberries and dried apples, along with pumpkin pie spice, is an amazingly good substitution on a cool fall day.
